Munira A. Farah is a community and social activist who has worked with various organizations and institutions and currently serves as Managing Director and Co-Founder of Horn Nature Conservation (HNC). Born and raised in Galkacyo, she witnessed firsthand the impacts of climate change—shifting rainfall, droughts, floods, land degradation, and forest loss—shaping her commitment to environmental protection and climate resilience in Somalia.
